Session Length and Frequency

• Sessions are 50 minutes in duration and are ideally weekly at the same time each week
• The length of time you may come to counselling depends very much on your circumstances. A specific issue may only take a few sessions, while more complex and deep-rooted issues may take longer
• We can discuss your needs initially and these can be reviewed as often as you like
• I'm available for both day and evening sessions during weekdays. Occasional Saturday appointments can be arranged

Cost and Cancellation Policy

• The fee for each session is £40 payable in cash or by cheque at each session
• I provide therapy for clients with private health care and invoice directly to the company
• I reserve the right to ask for the fee should you cancel within 24 hours or fail to arrive
